I’m getting this error on multiple servers. ```[ERROR] E_USER_NOTICE: Function register_rest_route was called <strong>incorrectly</strong>. REST API routes must be registered on the <code>rest_api_init</code> action. Instead route '<code>/claude</code>' with namespace '<code>snipvault/v1</code>' was not registered on this action.```
